* There is no practice on Saturday or Sunday. There is also no afternoon practice on Wednesdays when a B meet is scheduled.

All you need for practice is a swimsuit and a good attitude for practice!

Although team suits are specifically for meets, they can be worn to practices. Information on team swimsuits for 2026 is coming soon.
