The Eldwick Sharks' Head Coach for the 2023 season is Joe Flaherty (of Joe Flaherty’s Dolphins). He will be bringing one of his experienced assistant coaches to help (who will be joining the pool and the team with his sister). Joe is well known to many at Eldwick as he coaches or has coached many of our swimmers past and present. We also want to open opportunities to older Sharks to coach with JFD as we grow our relationship. Below find a link to info on his assistant coach training program, which we would like anyone who is interested in becoming an assistant coach at Eldwick to go through. Additionally, Joe has created a special price for new or existing Sharks who haven’t been swimming in the off season to kick off the rust and get back in fighting form.
